At Wimexa, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as a global dropshipping platform, our return policy is subject to specific terms and conditions to ensure fair use.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item is significantly different from the description

To be eligible, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence of the issue.

Note: Items must be unused and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Pet beds, toys, or accessories that have been used

  • Any items without original packaging

  • Products ordered by mistake (wrong size/color selected by customer)

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, depending on your bank

We reserve the right to partially refund or deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the criteria.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact our team with clear proof and your order number.

5. Return Shipping

  • We do not provide return shipping labels

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us

⚠️ Do NOT return items to the address on the package. This is NOT our return warehouse. Always contact support first.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
